After more than one change, Rami Malek was the chosen one to play the role of Queen’s singer. And now we know why.​

Last week, Entertainment Weekly released the first look at the actor as Freddie Mercury. We didn’t have to wait long to see more, as this week we’ve been able to see – and hear – him in action.

In the video, Malek mimics the musician’s entrance to the Live Aid’s stage and sits down in front of the piano to start performing the song that will serve as the title for this biopic.

The movie won’t officially come out until December 25th next year, but his makes the wait easier.
